Solo Sessions with Josh
During the session you will be on a table for assisted stretching and go over details on how to breathing during Yoga and other relaxation techniques. The sessions will take a further look into the practice meditation and how to use this and other tools to deepen your personal growth as well as answer any questions regarding Yoga.
Josh is a Registered Yoga Instructor with a 500 hour certification and he is also a Licensed Massage Therapist. He has worked with thousands of people and trained and practiced for many years, and will continue to study, share and practice as long as possible to further your experience.
