Don't have a quite place to sit for your meditation practice? We open our studio for your meditation practice on Tuesday through Friday mornings from 7 - 9 am. Sit as long as you desire: 5 minutes or 2 hours. Please avoid any conversation or talking so the space is quiet for all. (There is no instructor present - this is for self practice).

About Danielle
Dannielle began practicing yoga in 2009 with many of the reservations common to beginners: feeling inadequate, inflexible,overweight and out of shape, not strong enough, and hesitant to be seen wearing yoga pants.  Despite these reservations she gave it a try.  Her first class left her feeling a little overwhelmed yet feeling full of energy and challenged to continue practicing.  She has found many physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits through her yoga practice since then and is currently working toward her 200hr RYT certification.


 
 
Enjoy a free concert on the MO History Museum lawn! 

PuraVegan is a short 1-block walk away with plenty of parking!  We are open Tuesdays from 4-7:30 for smoothies, juices & snacks (kitchen closed), so stop by for some healthy goodies and walk over to the concert!  Our patio seating is available (weather permitting) to relax before the show starts at 6pm.

Join Danielle Tridenti for a relaxing afternoon of guided partner Thai Foot Massage.Thai Foot massage is a deeply healing treatment. It is a massage of the feet and lower legs which originated in Thailand about 2,000 years ago. It also has roots in India, Korea, Japan and China. Today it is an integral part of Thai culture and is practiced in temples, spas, on the street and beaches.


Danielle will guide you through a Thai Foot Massage sequence that is performed with the hands and and feet and has elements of reflexology, shiatsu, yoga and Chinese massage. It consists of warming the feet, stretching and massaging the feet and lower legs, stimulating reflex points, and working the energy (Sen) lines to balance the flow of energy around the body. By stimulating the reflex points and Sen lines, the treatment aims to restore the body's systems for better function and help maintain good health and feels amazing!!!

Come with a partner or be paired up at the workshop. Wear loose fitting and comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and two blankets.
