We are VERY EXCITED to offer a special new workshop in January, with Alison Hyde. She will teach a variety of techniques including foam rolling (rollers provided), self trigger point massage, resistance stretching and yoga. All of these techniques will improve performance and reduce aches and pains associated with running, walking, and cycling. The main objective is to identify and loosen dense fascia, learn to balance overused and underused muscle groups, and learn yoga poses which will help lengthen shortened muscles.
