The ocean covers 71% of the Earth's surface. There are a large variety of sea vegetables that are delicious and good for you!  They are high in iodine and other minerals, while low in calories. We will explore different types and ways to prepare these nutrient dense foods.  We will demonstrate and/or taste the following:

• kelp noodles
• agar
• irish moss
• arame
• dulse
• nori
• wakame
