Carly has been a consistent yoga practitioner since 2008. She comes from a background where deep breath, movement, anatomy, and mind were crucial as a collegiate athlete. Her classes focus on calm strength, elements of meditation, and thoughtful movements. Growing up in both Hawaii and New Mexico, she landed in Saint Louis on a whim and has since found a wonderful home in this community.
Carly is offering a donation yoga class every Fridays from 12pm - 1pm.
