Healthy Sunflower Apple "Whip Cream"

Whipped Cream:

Equipment: Blender

1 cup sunflower seeds
1 apple, peeled & seeded
1/4 to 1/2 cup maple syrup 
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup water
pinch of salt

Blend all ingredients. Slowly add water until you reach the desired consistency. It is recommended to allow it to chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer, will thicken.

Serve as a dip for berries, or place fruit in a bowl, top with cream, then top with chopped nuts and cinnamon.
