Ingredients: 4 cups basil leaves 2 cups walnuts juice of 1 lemon 1 cup water 1/3 cup nutritional yeast 3 cloves garlic 2 tsp salt
In a food processor, process walnuts, nutritional yeast, garlic and salt. When thoroughly combined add the basil and water. combine until to desired consistency. Serve with noodles (zucchini noodles were featured on show), crackers, as a dip or any way you like!
