We are excited to announce that this spring PuraVegan will roll out a One-On-One Wellness Coaching program with Monica focusing on:

  • Stress management
  • Nutrition
  • Physical Health (exercise & yoga)

Monica will work with you individually to tailor your sessions and home work  depending upon your needs and interests. Monica has been teaching nutrition, yoga and stress management in a group setting since 2009, but will now tailor individual plans.  

Sessions may include:
  • food preparation instruction
  • meditation instruction
  • grocery shopping trips together
  • individual yoga pratice
  • meal planning
  • emotional support
